This policy describes how My Own Service collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
1. What Data We Collect
We collect: (1) Account & Authentication Data — name, email, hashed password, optional profile photo; (2) Business Operational Data — client names, contact numbers, visit history, appointment details, staff information, financial records (payment amounts and statuses — no card numbers stored); (3) Technical Data — IP address, browser/device type, session data, error logs; (4) Subscription & Billing Data — plan type, billing period, payment status, payment processor IDs. We do NOT collect location data, microphone/camera access, device contacts, or any data beyond what is described above.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide CRM functionality, authenticate users, process payments via Lemon Squeezy, send transactional emails, and improve performance. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
3. Data Processor / Data Controller
The Data Controller is Karimov Ramin Ramiz, residing at apt. 6, bld. 14, quarter 1130-1133, Khatai district, Baku city. We act as a Data Processor for the client data you enter into our system. You (the business owner) act as the Data Controller. This means we only process this data on your behalf and do not use it for our own purposes, reducing your legal liability.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services including Neon (Database), Vercel (Hosting), Lemon Squeezy (Payments), Resend (Emails), Stack Auth (Authentication), and Cloudinary (Images).
5. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Business records may be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
6. Security
We implement HTTPS/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, role-based access control, and secure session management. Payment processing is PCI DSS compliant via Lemon Squeezy.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, as well as object to processing or withdraw consent.
8. Children's Privacy
This application is intended for business professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes to Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
