Welcome to My Own Service. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Karimov Ramin Ramiz (owner of My Own Service). By accessing or using our CRM and website services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Overview
My Own Service is a professional CRM platform for small and medium-sized business owners in the service sector: beauty salons, tutors, car services, consultants, and any business operating by appointment. We provide digital software and online tools, including but not limited to business management, client scheduling, and website generation. All services are provided in digital format.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
This application offers paid subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) on our website. We do NOT use Google Play Billing — payments are handled externally.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the application settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to reverse-engineer the software, or use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided are the intellectual property of My Own Service and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
